SKC Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning across Southeast London, Central London & Kent Area.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotations are estimates. Prices may change if the scope of work differs upon inspection.
3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by SKC Cleaning Services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations
Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the property, ensure running water and electricity are available, and secure valuables and fragile items.
7. Liability
While we take reasonable care, SKC Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty fixtures or materials. Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Website Use
Users may not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
